Abstract To repress the torque ripple of switched reluctance motor, this study takes a three-phase 12/8-pole motor as an instance and simulates electromagnetic field using Maxwell finite element software to analyze influence characteristics pole arc parameters on motor. In conjunction with Workbench platform, response surface method multi-objective genetic algorithm are used optimize coefficients so average optimized meets operating requirements while is suppressed.
